At My Childrens Boutique, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and hair accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
